24 Entertainment came out of nowhere with Naraka: Bladepoint. The game had no real info revealed about it other than that it was a multiplayer PvP title involving lots of hacking and slashing and grappling hooks.
The game made its debut during The Game Awards, showcasing a minute and a half worth of gameplay where we see a couple of characters attacking one another, performing a German suplex on opponents, cranking their necks, backstabbing them from behind, and quickly traversing the levels using grapple hooks.

The gameplay is a lot faster than I thought it would be. The general visual aesthetic seems to be very similar to Tenchu, and the characters seem to have a gait not unlike Sekiro, but the actual gameplay is a heck of a lot faster than both games.
Performatively, the combat looks good and the speed is definitely on point. Being able to scale around the environment is a nice touch, and it opens up a lot of possibilities for being able to get in sneak attacks on your opponents or stealthily get the drop on unsuspecting foes.
The biggest problem with the game is that if it’s a multiplayer-only title then it clearly limits the game’s overall appeal and its lifespan.
If this were a single-player, story-based title the it would far more impressive. The environments look fantastic, and there appears to be a lot of verticality to the stage design, but sadly it looks like it’s going to be multiplayer-only outing.
There’s no release date set in stone just yet, but we do know that Naraka: Bladepoint will be coming to gaming platforms at some point in 2020.
