Ready Or Not To Enter Early Access June, 2020

The highly anticipated tactical first-person shooter from Void Interactive called Ready or Not will enter into the beta phase and Early Access starting at some point in June, 2020. It’s been a long time in the making but the development is finally starting to progress to the point where eager gamers who have been awaiting the realistic S.W.A.T., sim will finally be able to get their hands on the game during the middle of next year.

The news about the beta was made available via a brief minute long trailer that was posted up on December 10th, 2019 over on the Void Interactive YouTube channel. The trailer features a team of tactical operators breaching a door, tossing a flashbang into the room and then putting down a perp after he begins raising his hand toward the LEO. You can check it out below.

While the clip is short and doesn’t give us much in the way of actual, real-time gameplay, it does reveal that the beta testing phase will begin in June, along with the Early Access release.

At the moment Void Interactive has been bug testing and having a limited number of select alpha testers to provide them feedback and information on what needs fixing and tweaking.

The reason we haven’t seen any footage or user playthroughs is due to the NDAs that are in place to keep any info from leaking out to the public.

Hopefully the game isn’t a broken mess or a bait and switch and some sort of linear, corridor shooter. However, we’ll likely find out how well the game plays as more promotional footage releases leading up to the June beta testing and Early Access phase.

If Void Interactive plays their cards right they could easily grab up a large untapped market of gamers looking for a brand new, serious, tactical first-person shooter, none of which currently exist in a high-quality fashion on PC or console this generation.
