The anime of Fate/Stay Night: Heaven’s Feel Chapter III Spring Song won’t be hitting theaters as it was originally scheduled to in the spring. The theatrical debut in North America has been cancelled, while the premiere in Japan has been postponed to April 25th.
Twitter user Anime Intelligence and Research revealed on March 26th, 2020 that the third chapter in the Heaven’s Feel series will be postponed due to the coronavirus.

If you follow the tweet over to the official Fate/Stay account, they not only confirm that the movie is delayed to April 25th, but they also note that broadcasting schedules are being reorganized, with the commemorative special for the movie that was originally planned to air on March 28th, 2020 being replaced with a rebroadcast of an older episode.
They made the announcement about the commemorative special over on the official Fate/Stay website.
The coronavirus effects also managed to spread over to the Western side of things as well, with the planned release for Fate/Stay: Heaven’s Feel Chapter III – Spring Song being cancelled at the Orpheum Theatre.
Over on the USA version of the site, they revealed that the scheduled premiere on April 17th, 2020 will not take place.

It looks like mistress Corona-chan has no means of slowing down and affecting everything in her path, whether it be sporting events, television shows, or anime premieres.
