Kamen Rider: Memory Of Heroez Announced For Nintendo Switch, PS4

Bandai Namco Entertainment rolled out the official reveal trailer for the latest entry in the ongoing Kamen Rider franchise, with the latest game being announced for the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4. The game is titled Kamen Rider: Memory of Heroez and you can get your first glimpse of it right now.

The game is a third-person beat-’em-up where you get to play as three different Riders, including Rider Zero-One, Rider OOO, and Rider W.

Each Rider comes with their own moves, special abilities, and utility belt skills that can be deployed throughout the levels.

You can see what the gameplay is like with the announcement trailer below.

The game isn’t going to win any awards for its visuals, but at least it’s not another thousand-army clone, nor is it like Dragon Ball: Xenoverse where it has dozens of characters but the identity of the characters is lost with quantity over quality.

Instead, Kamen Rider: Memory of Heroez is a classic 3D beat-’em-up, where you unleash basic combos, thrusts, and specials to overpower enemies.

As pointed out by Nintendo Everything, the chain action system allows you to change forms and perform follow-up combo attacks. You can alter the attacks and forms to create new kinds of chain attack combos and unleash devastating amounts of damage on enemies.

If you’re into Kamen Rider or looking for a decent 3D beat-’em-up, it might be wise to keep an eye on Kamen Rider: Memory of Heroez, which is due to drop on the Nintendo Switch and PS4 starting October 29th, 2020 in Japan.

I imagine if the game does well enough in the land of the rising sun we can expect an English version to release at some point thereafter, too.
