The story is about Haseo, a player who is hunting for Tri-Edge, another player who has killed his friend Shino. This is due to AIDA, a strange phenomenon that is affecting the characters and causing them to go into a deep coma.

It will simulate a MMORPG game, just like previous Hack games, in which the player controls a character who goes into a virtual world to rescue his loved ones.
