Five Nights At Freddy’s Sister Location Trailer Reveals New Animatronics

All those little kiddies who absolutely adore Five Nights at Freddy’s will be pleased to know that Scott Cawthon is committed to the newest spin-off, Sister Location. The indie developer just posted up a new trailer for the game, featuring a look at the new underground location and some of the terrifying new animatronics that players will be facing off against.

The trailer is only a minute and a half long but it’s riddled with all sorts of secrets and information that I’m sure fanatics of Five Nights at Freddy’s have already figured out. You can check out the trailer below to get your fill of the game and the new animatronics.

The comment on the game’s official website mentions “Everyone, please stay in your seats”. Given that the trailer says that there’s a mystery “deep underground” and they show an elevator, it could relate to an amusement park or theme ride where attendees travel underground.

Alternatively, some fans have theorized the possibility of Sister Location taking place in some kind of underground military facility where the military have taken control of the animatronics and have them locked away in an underground base. It doesn’t sound too unreasonable for a Five Nights at Freddy’s game. We also see that players will be situated in an elevator of sorts and there’s also an area where crawling through the vent shafts takes place.

We’ll likely have to wait for a demo or another trailer to fully understand what’s going on in Sister Location.

Additionally, we get to see some of the new animatronic models on display, headed up by whoever the new lead animatronic is with the pigtails and rosy-cheeked face.

She appears to be the leader of the new group of animatronic foes in the game. While Fredbear still seems to be part of the group, the new chrome animatronics have a new design where the suits appear to open up over the robotic puppets in a new kind of way. It’s creepy and creative.

A couple of the other shots show the new and improved models with thicker exo-skeletons and shiny exteriors. You wouldn’t want to get in a fist fight with one of these bad boys.

Five Nights at Freddy’s: Sister Location is due for release this fall on PC. It’s currently being rumored for an October release. Don’t be surprised if Cawthon releases the game a lot earlier than October, though.
