Those looking for more Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization information will finally be able to get some thanks to Bandai Namco releasing a big batch of screenshots. These images show off characters, enemies and the environment, which provide some info on what Hollow Realization holds in store for us. In addition to the screenshots, characters like Agil and Klein will also make an appearance in the upcoming game. Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization will hit PS4 and PS Vita in Japan on October 27th, and sometime this Fall for the west.

Eager fans of SAO have a nice slew of screenshots to view, which Bandai Namco recently published. These screenshots confirm that the original Sword Art Online players, known as Agil and Klein, will return and help Kirito on his latest adventure.

Looking closer into what these new images reveal we see the Castle Dungeon, a Desert and the Valley Bottom fields. The landscapes are also joined by artwork and monsters, which consist of the Creasted Beast, Shadow Demon and  much more. Sword Art Online

Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization starts players off in the Town of Beginning where they can select their avatar chat with others, and prepare themselves for battles. Mercenary-like NPCs (with more than 300 in-game) can be hired to assist players on their journey and are eligible to grow stronger depending on how close players are with them.

As seen in the screenshots above, both Agil and Klein fit into the category of hired NPCs. This means players will be able to create special bonds, and offer them equipment to gain their trust and become stronger as they progress.

Lastly, Bandai Namco announced that the game will also feature online raids and boss fights with players and NPCs. Joining the battles and raids is a much bigger and “wider world” that will offer a spacious environments for players to explore, which should be pretty cool.

Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization is set to arrive on PS4 and PS Vita in Japan on October 27th, while a western release will follow after the Japanese launch sometime this Fall.
