Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War 3 fans have a new video to look over in terms of actual in-game footage of the RTS in action. Although the footage derives from E3, which is sometime back, the devs recently published the video explaining what’s what, and what players can do throughout the PC exclusive RTS game.
Reading the comments for this video seems to have garnered a mixed reaction, although the dislikes aren’t reflecting an abysmal number like a certain FPS game, it is quite noticeable that fans think that this entry is different in certain areas and aspects, leaving them unsatisfied. However you feel about the game, both Sega and Relic Entertainment’s game have a new video showing off what the game seeks to offer folks in the upcoming iteration.
The story follows an event that takes place on the planet Acheron, with three forces battling on the planet consisting of the Blood Ravens – Space Marines under Gabriel Angelos, the Eldar led by Farseer Macha, and an Ork horde led by Warlord Gorguts.
Dawn of War 3 will also include bigger scaled walker units. This means that each faction will have their own, meaning the Space Marines will use the Imperial Knights, the Eldar wielding the Wraithknights, and the Orks boasting the Gorkanauts.
If the game seems interesting, a new video spanning over 13 minutes showing off gameplay reveals an altered look at the planet Acheron. I say it’s altered because the devs in the video explain that some things are placed in the video to show off what the game will potentially sport in the future. You can check out the E3 video courtesy of Dawn of War.
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War 3 will be available to play on PC sometime next year. For more information on the RTS game you can head on over to dawnofwar.com.
