I’m sure many fans of the indie game P.A.M.E.L.A. forgot that it is still being worked on, but the devs over at NVYVE Studio are turning the silence around with their weekly updates regarding the game, and seek to inform eager fans of P.A.M.E.L.A. with some new screenshots. NVYVE Studio’s game is set to hit Steam Early Access this Fall.
It’s been quite some time since a video trailer has been released for P.A.M.E.L.A., which isn’t always a great sign. However, the devs are compensating the lack of recent videos for the indie game with some new screenshots. But, if you are seeking for a quick summary of P.A.M.E.L.A. it sits below.
“Explore, fight, and survive as an awakened sleeper, in a fallen utopian city ravaged by a horrific disease. With an array of hi-tech weapons, highly immersive UI, full-body awareness, and much more, P.A.M.E.L.A. delivers an intense and unforgiving survival experience.”
This now brings us to the recent screenshots that the devs talked about in their Dev Blogs 43 and 44. Elaborating greatly on who is doing what, and how content is coming along, both entries come in by Adam, and provide nice development insight.
The first post in the Dev Blog — or number 43 — explains some things pertaining to animations and world building. You can check out the first screenshot posted up, which blows the 2014 game’s design out of the water by comparison.
Looking over to the Dev Blog 44 post, it gears more towards the nostalgic side of updating the community on the game, which shows images two years ago compared to today. You can view them below.
Each Dev Blog ends with telling specific progress made by a member of the team, and if someone is on vacation or doing extra work. I’m sure that this should ease many eager fans awaiting news for P.A.M.E.L.A.
