Dark Souls 3 Ashes Of Ariandel Trailer Shows PvP Combat

Dark Souls 3 fans have something to look forward to when the Ashes of Ariandel DLC drops for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. The update adds even more to the PvP with a new arena, where players can infuse their weapons, fill up their Estus and battle. The DLC also brings along with it new locations, enemies, challenges, lore, weapons, armors and magic.

Bandai Namco and From Software have released a new trailer for Dark Souls 3‘s latest expansion, or DLC — Ashes of Ariandel. The video covers quite a bit of stuff that will be present on release. However, while wait for Ashes of Ariandel to drop, you can check out the new trailer below.

The October 25th expansion will run for $14.99, and will offer the features noted above. This means that new environments, enemies, challenges, more lore, magic and gear can be discovered when traveling about the new undiscovered lands.

However if you are unfamiliar with the DLC and what it has to offer, the description for AoA can be found below.

Return to the world of Dark Souls III and uncover a terrible secret that lies within the frozen land of Ariandel. Players will find themselves steeped in a brand new environment filled with terrifying new enemies, challenges, and exciting lore to expand the overarching Dark Souls III storyline.

Players are tasked to enter the land of Ariandel and defeat the evil within to uncover the mystery of what has caused the land to become defiled. In addition to adding a new environment to Dark Souls III, the Dark Souls III: Ashes of Ariandel expansion will also include new weapons, armor sets, and magic for players to discover and experiment with, as well as new features for the game’s wildly popular competitive multiplayer mode.

To be honest, I’s curious to see more of what this DLC will bring to the table and what new secrets lie and wait for players to discover. In the meantime though, you can watch the original trailer that Bandai Namco released. This video trailer covers gameplay, and does hold some spoilers in it as noted in the beginning.
