There’s quite a bit of gamers out there that really enjoy top-down games, and joining that genre of top-down games is Exploding Tuba Studios’ Divide. The PS4 game is set to release at the end of January, 2017,which is on the 31st.

I like good top-down strategy or shooter games, especially titles that are crafted carefully with well placed content within the game. I’m not so sure how Exploding Tuba Studios’ Divide will be when it’s set to release on January 31st, 2017, however you can be the judge of that by watching the new trailer entitled “Trailer #2” below.

“You play as David, a father who is ripped away from his daughter and the security of his familiar life. He suddenly finds himself in a strange new world that challenges the very foundation of what he thought was real. Believe it or not, that’s the easy part. As a player, you experience this with most games. What is the setting? What are the dangers? How do I interact with the world? But with Divide, we strived to make sure the gameplay never betrays the story.”

The game, as seen above in the video, holds shooting mechanics that must be used against some of the enemies you will be facing throughout the game. This means tactics will play a key role in battling enemies, unless you don’t mind standing there getting shot.

Additionally, shooting won’t be the only mechanic in the game according to the developers, but other features like exploration and solving mysteries within the futuristic adventure game.
