Enter The Gungeon Supply Drop Update Brings New Features

The popular rogue-like game, Enter the Gungeon, by Devolver Digital and Dodge Roll has a new update named Supply Drop that adds a significant amount of content. The devs also announced that the game will also land on PS4 soon; the actual game is currently available for PC.

The Supply Update for Enter the Gungeon adds well over 150 new rooms (200 to be exact), a set of brand new weapons to use and discover, new enemies to encounter, companions to accompany you, bosses to battle, and shrines for the most seasoned players to indulge in.

Players will now have access to new guns like the Bullet Gun, a gun shaped like a bullet that shoots guns that shoot bullets, and new companions like Ser Junkan who gains strength and power as players carry more and more junk through the Gungeon.

Those who hone elite gun skills will also be able to tackle unique pasts for both Robot and Bullet and an all-new boss, which I’m sure will pose to be a major threat.

Other improvements include bug fixes, save and quit at the end of each floor, and much more. But instead of listing all of the features found in Supply Drop, you can watch the new trailer that Devolver Digital posted.

Other good news is that PS4 owners will be able to jump in on all of the bullet storm hail sometime “soon.” This means that if you were dying to get some rogue-like fun on your console you’ll now be able to, although the initial release date has not be revealed yet.

Be sure that a guide or two regarding the Supply Drop update will be coming out soon seeing how there are request already, but until then the game is out now along with the update on Steam. The game has a 50% off deal running until January 30th, while the update comes in for free.
