A weirdly popular first-person shooter game that originally came out on mobile devices in 2016 called Dead Effect 2 has seen a lot of people interested in cheats for the game. The first-person shooter from BadFly Games has been updated consistently since its transition onto Steam, and some gamers are always interested in cheating their way to the finish line.
For those of you in need of health cheats, stamina cheats, cash cheats, or XP cheats, you can grab the latest and most recently updated cheat trainer from over on the Mr. Antifun download page.
The trainer contains nine different cheats you can utilize in the game, all of which can be viewed below.
The ability to not have to reload will definitely come in handy for some of the tougher enemies featured in the FPS. Infinite skill points would also be an indispensable cheat to have on hand, too.
According to the download page, you need to start up a level and enter into the game first before activating the stamina or energy cheats. Once things are loaded you’re safe to activate them. For the health cheat you’ll need to wait until you get hit by an enemy for the first time and then activate the health cheat. The reload cheat is only made activate after switching to a gun or picking up a new gun after the cheat is activated, and the XP cheat can only be activated after you kill your first enemy.
I know it’s a lot of rules but that’s how the dice fall.
The game has a bit of a System Shock design to it, encouraging players to explore the environments and rack up kills in order to upgrade their character and take on new missions. Critics were not fond of Dead Effect 2, but gamers absolutely adore the title, thinking it to be a nice, fun little sci-fi romp.
Even some of the negative user reviews still note how much they play it, with Beastcurse writing…
“Really, I have no idea why I keep playing this. After my first session, I thought “Horrible zombie bundle trash” and uninstalled it. I kept thinking about that Minikin character and chuckling, though and reinstalled. It must be the combination of laughable acting and a just barely passable loot upgrade system that appeals to the dopamine system in my brain that’s been broken by excessive Ritalin prescriptions during my developing years.”
At the end of the day, terrible voice-acting, odd graphics, and weird monsters are all passable if the gameplay is solid, the controls are responsive and the mechanics are engaging. I’m not sure why but gamers keep coming back to Dead Effect 2 despite the negative review controversy from the PR, the mobile-style graphics, and the cheesy storyline.
Anyway, Dead Effect 2 is available for $11.99 over on the Steam store.
