The action-RPG known as Shiness: The Lightning Kingdom has a new trailer out that works as an overview of what Focus Home Interactive and Enigami has to offer gamers. The RPG will release across PC, Xbox One and PS4, but has no official release date.
After achieving a successful run on Kickstarter the indie developers went full force so that they could make the game they always wanted, sparking enough momentum that Focus Home Interactive tagged along to help publish the action-RPG.
Looking over to the game in its current state the devs note that the release date is set to come in a few weeks for PS4, Xbox One and PC, meaning that it will release quite soon. To ease the wait time Focus Home Interactive released an overview video to welcome new fans to the game, as well as letting supporters (from Kickstarter) know that the RPG is still going strong.
As for me, Shiness looks just okay, but if you are into anthropomorphic characters and action-RPG elements, you’ll likely find this game to be something entertaining. And if you do find the game intriguing you can read the latest text that occupied the new video below.
“Today’s video invites you to the magic world of Shiness, supported by a strong artistic direction, enthralling environments and endearing characters. Explore the world, and use your characters’ special powers – Kayenne’s telekinesis, Poky’s electromagnetic fields manipulation, and more –to progress in your adventure and find precious parchments, which are key to devastating spells and powerful combat techniques.”
The video runs for two minutes and 29 seconds long, and covers parts of the world, story and features that will be found in the Shiness on release. You can check it out below courtesy of Focus Home Interactive.
As noted above, Shiness: The Lightning Kingdom will release across PC, Xbox One and PS4, but has no official release date. The devs do, however, want to release the game in the next few week… assuming that doesn’t change in the near future.
