Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony will head West this year. This means that Spike Chunsoft’s game will be hitting PS4 and PS Vita on September 26th in North America and September 29th in Europe. This information comes from a press event by NIS America.
Getting this out of the way first — especially for those who enjoy options in games or in visual novels — the Western version will feature English and Japanese audio, coupled with English text. This means that you can have JP dialogue with English text. Both subs and dubs win in this case.
Furthermore we learn that folks who like to pre-order stuff will be able to do so via the NIS America Store, and this includes the game itself, a limited edition deluxe soundtrack, original Danganronpa V3 soundtrack, hardcover art book. Ultimate hat, Ultimate backpack, Ultimate headphones, and a collector’s box to enjoy.
If you are the type that could care less about pre-ordering and stuff, gameplay features include quit a bit of new content in the series of Danganronpa. Killing Harmony will not only have you trying to survive, but it will also task you with solving mysteries and murders throughout.
In addition to the gameplay, if you’re able to avoid your gruesome end, you will be able to participate in cracking lies and winning debates. This means, if you want to survive, you will have to engage in fast-paced trial scenes that utilize quick wits, and logic to guide your classmates to the right conclusions.
New mini-games will be present in Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony, which will ease some of the tension brought by the madness of murdered peers and deadly trails. There will be an abundance of new games to indulge in — if mini-games are your thing.
Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony already launched in Japan back on January 12th, which is for PS4 and PS Vita. As for North America and Europe, the former will get the game on September 26th while the latter will get the game on September 29th. Both the PS4 and PS Vita will land in the West on said dates.
