Rising Storm 2: Vietnam PAX East Video Reveals 1 Hour Of Gameplay

Antimatter Games and Tripwire Interactive recently took Rising Storm 2: Vietnam to PAX East to show off the latest work and updates featured in the beautiful FPS game. Currently the game is set to release early this year for PC.

I’ve been keeping a close eye on Rising Storm 2: Vietnam. Having played Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad, I can’t wait to see more gameplay improvements and footage released for the spin-off game.

As noted before, I really enjoy WW1, WW2, Korean War and Vietnam games and seeing that Rising Storm 2: Vietnam fits into the latter, it definitely has my attention. Speaking of the game, the devs took to Steam and posted over on the Community update page that…

“Unfortunately there were technical problems with the Pax East panel live stream earlier. We’re sorry about the inconvenience and are working to get a video on demand of the event.”

Yes, that’s right, the devs took their game to PAX East to showcase the FPS Vietnam game, and although the team faced issues trying to get the video up, fellow YouTuber Usually Hapless has an hour long video showing the game during the event.

According to a Closed Beta 5 Survey published on March 7th, there will be an upcoming Beta for the game that will feature even more improvements. For those that want more information regarding the upcoming Beta that will change the HUD, animations, movement and other things, you can head on to the Community update page over on Steam.

Moreover, if you want to sign-up for the next Beta you can head on over to the game’s main site to heighten your chance in getting picked to help the latest build of Vietnam.

Lastly, if you want to see the full event you can hit up Alienware‘s Twitch channel to see Rising Storm 2: Vietnam PAX East gameplay video.
