According to a recent post on another publication site, it was announced that Sega and Dengeki Bunko are working together to bring the Toaru Majutsu no Virtual-On game, known as A Certain Magical Virtual-On, to PS4 and PS Vita sometime next year in 2018.
Thanks to publication site animenewsnetwork.com we learn that there will be a new Virtual-On game heading to PS4 and PS Vita, which is currently in development. I’m not sure how the new game in the works will look like or be on release, but what is for certain is that it will be coming out next year.
The publication site retrieved this information from a stage event at Dengeki Games Festival 2017 event in Tokyo, revealing that Sega and Dengeki Bunko are collaborating to make the upcoming game, which is currently visible on dengekionline.com.
Having a love for mecha games and fast-paced robotic battles, I can’t wait to see in-game footage or a gameplay trailer showing the upcoming Virtual-On game and its features. Sadly, though, there are no videos up showing in-game content yet, but there is a new teaser video out for you to look over.
The video comes from the latter publication site, which introduces various characters and so on through a minute and seven second long video trailer. The teaser video comes in by Sega‘s YouTube channel, which you can check out below.
It is worth noting that A Certain Magical Virtual-On the game is a collaboration or cross between Kazuma Kamachi’s A Certain Magical Index light novel series and Sega’s Virtual-On video game series.
As noted above the game is set to debut sometime during 2018, or next year, and will release across PS4 and PS Vita. If you want additional information regarding this upcoming title you can head on over to dengekionline.com to learn more.
