Battlefield 1 “They Shall Not Pass” Mode And Stages Detailed In New Videos

Do you want to see all of the new features in EA and DICE Battlefield 1 “They Shall Not Pass” DLC? If you want a head start on the latest content, two new videos are up for you to look over that cover all of the new stuff.

As of now, Battlefield 1 is out for PC, Xbox One and PS4. And although the game has been out for a while on said platforms, it will finally receive its first paid DLC tomorrow for Premium users (March 14th), and on March 28th for those who own the Special Edition and the Standard Version.

Before jumping further into all the new content, it is best to read over this notice that is up on battlefield.com that reads:

“The Battlefield 1 They Shall Not Pass update is a required download for all Battlefield 1 players. This has several benefits including that players who don’t yet own the expansion will be able to watch Battlefield 1 They Shall Not Pass matches through Spectator Mode.”

So you might want to mark your calendars so that you can pre-download the DLC even if you don’t plan on buying it — so that you don’t fire up the game and get hit with a notice that you must download the They Shall Not Pass DLC to play the game.

The videos below cover the new Elite Class, game mode and some of the upcoming stuff in the DLC.

Starting with the new Elite Class in the game, folks will be able to use him as a CQB unit that primarily assaults enemies when they least expect it, or while they are reloading. This class will ultimately shine when flanking the opposing team when there is a group of enemies pushing/standing with their back exposed. He can use a healing crate to help the team, or if he takes too much damage charging an enemy. He also comes equipped with grenades and a revolver — in case you can’t get close enough to melee an enemy.

The new mode that offers a new experience to the game, as well as other features can be found below thanks to JackFrags and XfactorGaming.

Battlefield 1 is out now for PC, Xbox One and PS4, while They Shall Not Pass is set to come out for Premium owners on March 14th and March 28th for those who own the normal version of the game.
