The Elder Scrolls: Blades is an upcoming free-to-play mobile RPG by (developer) Bethesda Game Studios and (publisher) Bethesda Softworks. However, The Elder Scrolls: Blades will launch on Android and iOS devices this year sporting microtransactions, and new images have surfaced showing the game’s MTX prices.
While the mobile version of The Elder Scrolls: Blades will hit Android and iOS devices sometime soon, the free-to-play RPG is also slated to hit Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch, and Windows 10 powered devices in the future.
As of now, The Elder Scrolls: Blades is in closed beta and those who participated are under the game’s NDA. With an NDA in place, info has still leaked, and it covers gameplay features and MTX pricing.

It’s unclear how much the actual pricing for MTX content in The Elder Scrolls: Blades will cost at launch, but if the below model is any indication, get ready to pay out 250, 750, and 2,500 Gems respectively.
Yes, Gems are the in-game currency used to purchase various things like Chests — which currently sport cool-down times. Real world money must be put down to snag these Gems, which the prices for these Gems sit below — although the prices may change at launch.
If you can’t see the prices in the imagery above, for a Pouch of Gems you will need to pay $1.99, for a Sack of Gems will cost you $4.99, a Stash of Gems will set you back by $9.99, and for those of you who are high rollers will need to dish out $19.99 for a Strongbox of Gems.
With all of the backlash from Fallout 76, I do wonder what Bethesda Game Studios and Bethesda Softworks have under their sleeves to deflect any potential controversy? Well, we will find out how gamers and fans alike take to the above prices whether they are altered or not at launch.
