RIDE 3 Trailer Highlights The Rich History Of Ducati During World Ducati Week

Italian game developer Milestone announced that RIDE 3 during the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli race in Italy would play host to a special showcase of the upcoming motorcycle racing game. For those who attended the race in person, you’ll be able to get a good look at what the game has to offer. For those of you who did not attend in person, don’t worry because a trailer was released to give you a look at the upcoming title.

The trailer is part of a collaborative partnership that Milestone signed with Ducati for the 2018 World Ducati Week. Typically the trailer highlights the eponymous bike to give gamers a look at what the two-wheelers can do on one of the most recognized tracks in the world, the International Village.

You can check out the new trailer for RIDE 3 below featuring the Ducati, as the game preps for the fall release later this year.

The trailer starts by talking about the history of Ducati and how RIDE 3 will feature the very first series of the bikes and the latest iteration that the company has just introduced to the racing and consumer markets.

After nearly 30 seconds of waxing poetics for the motorcycle brand, we finally get to see the iconic bikes in action with with some in-engine and in-game play.

The game is running on the Unreal Engine 4, and it features all new lighting, enhanced physics, and more than 230 different motorcycles spread across seven different categories.

You’ll be able to race each of the motorcycles across 30 different tracks. That’s a rather expansive set of offerings for a racing game.

I have to admit that I am certainly excited about RIDE 3 because it feels like it could be the definitive motorcycle racing game of the generation.

Based on the descriptions alone it sounds feature complete, and the visuals look decent enough to convey a sense of atmosphere and speed. The game is due out for release on November 8th, 2018 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Sorry. no Nintendo Switch outing this time around.
