Merged Zamasu Will Join The Ranks Of Dragon Ball FighterZ

Dragon Ball FighterZ fans looking forward to more characters to fill up the growing roster in Bandai Namco and Arc System Works’ late January 2018 fighting game will have Merged Zamasu to look forward to. Dragon Ball FighterZ is already out and is available for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.

Thanks to publication site shonengamez.com we learn that Fused or Merged Zamasu will be in Dragon Ball FighterZ, which should come in as no surprise to fans who’ve been keeping up with the game.

Moreover, Merged Zamasu will stand as downloadable content (DLC) according to the new scan that Shonen Games shared. The scan comes from the latest issue of V-Jump, as seen below:

In addition to Merged Zamasu’s reveal via the scan, we get to see some of his moves performed in some of the stills provided. The bottom left-hand image showcases his Meteor or level-3 attack, which we should see soon in action via a short trailer.

As for unique abilities, after putting in a special command, Merged Zamasu can move around unlike any other fighter on the battlefield. Additionally, he will be able to float if a certain direction/button command is put in, granting him eight-directional movement.

Not much information has come forth on Merged Zamasu’s float mechanic, but I’m sure it will offer up some helpful benefits as well as draw-backs to even the character out.

The bad news is that fans of Dragon Ball FighterZ will have to wait before gaining additional information from Bandai Namco on Merged Zamasu. The good news is that a video looking over translated parts of the scan reveals a little bit more about the character.

The video comes in by TGN Anime, as seen below.

Dragon Ball FighterZ is currently out right now and is available for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
