Infectonator 3: Apocalypse Has Players Attempting To Destroy The World With Zombies

Toge Productions and Armor Game Studios announced that Infectonator 3: Apocalypse is scheduled to release next month in May. The game is unlike other zombie apocalypse games out, instead of focusing on putting players in the role of a survivor, players are actually put in the role of the infector, attempting to turn the world into an undead paradise.

The game is described as a fast-paced simulation-strategy title, where your main objective is to find a way to spread the infection and wipe out humanity as quickly as possible.

You’ll be able to develop and drop your virus in a number of different locations, seeing a variety of creatures and zombies come to life from the deepest depths of your twisted machinations.

You can check out the launch trailer below to get an idea of what the gameplay is like.

Holy crap the news reporter in that Toge News segment is pretty hot. Apparently the developers didn’t go to the SocJus school of art design.

While you’ll be able to concoct and drop your zombie mutants into the middle of crowded areas, ranging from beachfront hot spots to restaurants and plenty of casual hangouts in between, you will meet resistance.

Police and military forces will go out in droves in order to put an end to your undead epidemic. So you’ll need to head back to the lab to develop stronger and more powerful zombie mutants to do your bidding.

The game features more than 35 different zombies you can craft and utilize in your army, along with more than 200 different levels to complete. There are also randomized events that can occur throughout the levels, opening up new possibilities for replayability.

You can look to get your hands on Infectonator 3: Apocalypse starting at some point in May, next month. For more info you can visit the official Steam store page.
