World War 3 Beta Will Launch Before September 2018

The Farm 51 held an AMA for World War 3 back on June 15th on their Discord channel, and as expected a lot of people offered up questions and the devs replied with answers. One of the questions happened to be about World War 3’s beta, to which the devs answered with a release date set to go live before September.

This only leaves two months in the picture: July or August. Hopefully, we can see a gameplay trailer soon that’s not in-engine like the last announcement trailer but something that runs for a minute or three minutes in length.

Anyway, The Farm 51’s answer regarding this beta releasing before September was picked up by YouTuber BigfryTV. He not only covers the beta but also dabbles in other content, too.

If you want to learn more about this game, a month ago a video was dug up by YouTuber WTFOSAURUS, who spotlights weapon customization and tank alteration. You can check out the video right here:

The video runs through a list of weapon attachments like extended barrels, laser sights, different stocks, and character customization along with tank parts and changeable equipment. Hopefully, the above video still serves as an indicator of what’s to come in the beta and official launch regarding customizable stuff and then some.

The Farm 51 originally released World War 3’s teaser trailer on May 26th and the announcement trailer on May 29th, and it seems that gamers are still interested in the game a month later. The upcoming tactical WW3 FPS game is set to release for PC by Q4 this year.

Furthermore, World War 3 will go through an early access phase. This phase will be open to players for feedback and refinement on PC. Finally, you can learn more about this game by heading on over to thefarm51.com, worldwar3.com, its Twitter account or Facebook page.
