Capcom Will Release Two Major Games By March 31st, 2019

Not too long ago, Capcom announced during its business strategy for the fiscal year ending March 31st, 2019, that two “major” titles will be released by March 31st, 2019. Capcom also noted yet another milestone for Monster Hunter: World, which is out now for PS4 and Xbox One.

Capcom has announced that it will release two major games, along with other titles, by March 31st, 2019. It’s unclear what these games are at this point and time, but fans of Capcom will soon find out.

Hopefully, the other games to release alongside the major games will be something noteworthy and not mobile cash-in games. Sadly, though, we’ll have to wait and only time will tell what these other games are.

As for the two major titles, Capcom gave no hints as to what they are, but the two games will likely be at this year’s E3 show. In other words, there are some things to look forward to from now to 2019, if you are a Capcom fan.

Furthermore, Capcom also touched on Monster Hunter: World shipments, which seems to be doing quite well. The giant monster slaying title has reached yet another milestone sales wise and has surpassed 7.9 million copies. The company confirmed that Monster Hunter: World has shipped more than eight million units as of April 16th, 2018.

It will surely be interesting to see what will happen when Capcom releases Monster Hunter: World for PC and how sales will fair? If you are looking to play the latest Monster Hunter game on PC, the title is set to debut sometime later this year.

Lastly, Capcom also made mention that for the consoles there is a goal to regularly release new games from major IPs while also bringing back other IPs and remakes and re-release for current hardware.
