Wx3 Labs’ Starcom Nexus is like an alternative version of Stardock Entertainment’s Star Control. The game is an action RPG where you venture around space, battle enemies, collect resources, scan planets, and build out your very own custom spaceship. If you grabbed a copy of the game after it graduated from Early Access, you’re probably pleased to know that there are some cheats available for it.
The first trainer can be acquired from over on MegaDev.info.
You’ll find that it contains the following Starcom Nexus cheats:
There are only nine cheats, and only two of them can be accessed for free, the 999 resources and the ability to refill your energy. Used wisely you could actually skim through the game quite easily with just those two cheats activated.
The rest of the options will require a premium membership with MegaDev, however.
There’s a second trainer available for download over on Cheat Happens.
The trainer comes equipped with the following Starcom Nexus cheats:
Much like MegaDev, you’ll need a premium membership to access all of the cheats available in the trainer. Unlike MegaDev, however, there are no free cheat options you can access without the membership, which is kind of a bummer.
Now aside from the trainers, there are also some in-game cheats you can utilize by simply bringing up the console.
Magic Game World detailed the different cheats you can access with a few simple console commands.
First, bring up the console by pressing the tilde key (which is ‘~’) and ‘L’ at the same time.
The corresponding codes and their effects are listed below:
Starcom Nexus originally launched last year into Early Access. After Wx3 Labs spent most of 2019 fixing up the game, ironing out the bugs, implementing new features, and improving the playability, they finally launched the top-down space-shooting RPG as a full-fledged title on December 12th, 2019.
You can pick up a digital copy right now from the Steam store for $19.99.
