Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare, Two Point Hospital, And FIFA 20 Top The UK Charts

It looks like the hardcore money makers are still on the UK charts top ten, and removing them is a noteworthy feat. Well, it looks like the management-sim best known as Two Point Hospital has beat out both FIFA 20 and Grand Theft Auto V.

Unsurprisingly, Activision and Infinity Ward’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is a force that cannot be moved as of now. The first-person shooter that’s no stranger to controversy is still running strong at the top spot, and if it’s not the number one game, be sure it’s in the top three.

With that said, you can check out the full list that sees Call of Duty: Modern Warfare at the top, Two Point Hospital holding down second place, and FIFA 20 snagging the third spot:

  1. | 2        Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
  2. | New   Two Point Hospital
  3. | 1        FIFA 20
  4. | 3        Grand Theft Auto V
  5. | 4        Minecraft (Switch)
  6. | 6        Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
  7. | 12      Tom Clancy’s The Division 2
  8. | 17      Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy
  9. | 4        Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
  10. | 22      Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled

In case you have trouble reading the above list, the first number represents this week’s placement. The second number serves as last week’s placement, while “New” stands for a new entry on the list.

As you can see, Take-Two Interactive and Rockstar Games’ Grand Theft Auto V holds the fourth spot, where last week it came in third place. It baffles me that this game can still come out swinging every week on the UK charts and still place in the top ten games, despite being seven years old.

Aside from Grand Theft Auto V, Minecraft (Switch edition) managed to take a spot on the top ten along with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Tom Clancy’s The Division 2, Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, and Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled.

Lastly, the above information comes from ukie.org.uk, where you can see the top 40 games as of March 2nd, 2020.
