EA and DICE have posted on battlefield.com ten things you don’t want to miss if you want to know what the next installment is in the Battlefield franchise of games.
The first hint is “A New Battlefield….” The experience behind the next installment holds content and features of Battlefield – where unexpected conflicts appear across different theatres of war.
The second hint is “…in a New Setting.” EA and DICE believe that Battlefield 1 gave players the experience to fight in a “Battlefield version” of the war to end all wars through all-out warfare. However, the next Battlefield happens on another frontline, in which the live reveal will give players the first look at the new setting.
The third piece of information is “Info Straight from the Developers Behind Battlefield V.” Trevor Noah along with DICE team members such as Oskar Gabrielson, the head of DICE Stockholm, Andreas Morell, senior producer, Lars Gustavsson, creative director, and Daniel Berlin, design director, will fill you in on the next Battlefield installment.
The fourth hint is “Unseen Multiplayer Moments.” Large-scale battles across multiple scenarios will be a thing in the next Battlefield. Multiple maps and modes will be in the game and will give players the “varied and exciting” Battlefield moments like in previous installments.
The fifth hint is “Unmatched Sights and Sounds.” The next Battlefield game will offer “high-fidelity immersion.” The live stream will offer an early look at “the stunning environments” and “sounds” of this year’s Battlefield that will release later this year.
The sixth hint is “New Modes and Experiences.” The large-scale 2016 introduced game mode, Operations, might be in the next Battlefield according to EA and DICE. However, the upcoming live stream will be the determining factor if Operations will be in this year’s Battlefield.
