Casey Hudson Says That BioWare Is Aware Of Fan Interest In Dragon Age And Mass Effect

Casey Hudson has recently taken to a blog post, titled “Mid-Summer Update,” explaining various things of the past, present and what BioWare and crew hope to bring in the future. As of course, Anthem found its way in the post along with titles such as Dragon Age and Mass Effect, where teams are working on something related to the latter two series.

If you happen to be a fan of Dragon Age or Mass Effect and seek more of the two, do know that BioWare has heard you “loud and clear” according to Hudson. The blog post made mention that the team knows of “interest” in the two series and will expand on them moving forward.

It’s worth noting that the “teams hidden away” working on “some secret stuff” related to Dragon Age and Mass Effect aren’t ready for public revealing just yet and will be elaborated on later:

“Yes – we hear loud and clear the interest in BioWare doing more Dragon Age and Mass Effect, so rest assured that we have some teams hidden away working on some secret stuff that I think you’ll really like – we’re just not ready to talk about any of it for a little while…”

You can read the full update on blog.bioware.com, as mentioned above, which also shines light on Anthem.

Speaking of Anthem, the newly posted blog highlights that in the “dynamic open world,” everything is experienced in “real-time” by all Anthem players. This includes the day/night cycle, weather, and world-scale events that “shape the ongoing narrative of the setting.”

Upon returning to Fort Tarsis, a single-player experience will unfold there where you can spend time “developing relationships,” making choices, and seeing consequences.

Lastly, BioWare and crew will expand on this and more at PAX West — which will take place in Seattle, Washington, from August 31st to September 3rd, 2018 — where they will talk about “our world, my story” and other Anthem related stuff.
