Bungie and Activision’s Destiny 2 has a new “unlimited” exotic legendary engram and token glitch that allows you to open a chest over and over to gain loot within seconds if done right.
Notice: This glitch will likely be hotfixed or patched in the near future. In other words, if you are viewing this after it’s been patched you will not be able to replicate this very glitch no matter the platform you may be on. However, if done right, while unpatched, you can obtain loot from a single chest within 25 seconds or less.
I know what you are probably thinking “this is not a glitch, it’s a bad exploit that wastes time, and the same results can be achieved just by playing the game normally” right? Well, what happens if all those past videos showing you how to do the “loot” glitch correctly on Arcadia Valley, Nessus, on Exodus Black were wrong?
All you need to do is head to the cave section with the giant portal, find a chest, and turn your back to it before opening it. Once you’ve decided to open the chest head to the portal as fast as possible. After passing through the portal, keep your momentum going and head down the narrow path with your Sparrow until you see the words “Chamber of Sky” pop up. Turn around after “Chamber of Sky” is on your screen and head back to the portal and chest location as fast as you can.
Rinse and repeat the above instructions to collect all the loot inside each chest until you are satisfied.
A video by Bad Mike shows how to do the “glitch” without any cuts, camera tricks, or any other silly moves.
Surely, other methods that yield equal or better loot exist, but if you want to gather loot within 26 seconds or less, which equates to nearly three chests in one minute if done correctly, you know where to go.
Destiny 2 is out now for PS4 and Xbox One and will be available for PC on October 24th.
