StarCraft 2: Legacy Of The Void Complete Gameplay Walkthrough

Blizzard’s finale for the StarCraft 2 story finally comes to a satisfying end with Legacy of the Void. The game brings all of the remaining big names in the StarCraft universe together for one final, big showdown. Players looking to get an idea of what the campaign is like, how to get past certain levels and how to defeat the final boss can find everything they need in a complete gameplay walkthrough.

Offering a commentary-free walkthrough from start to finish, including the cinematics and prologue gameplay, YouTuber Alzu Gaming has uploaded 31 videos covering every single aspect of the game’s campaign mode for Legacy of the Void.

Given that the expansion for StarCraft 2 has released during a time when a bunch of other big name games have come out, it would be easy to see this as one of the “lesser” titles, but to honest the story is bittersweet in a way that Halo 5 failed to capture, and it’s easy to follow unlike Black Ops 3 (not that that’s a bad thing), and the characters are more consistent than the portrayals in Rise of the Tomb Raider.

Blizzard incorporates a lot of the character and story dialogue throughout the actual gameplay. Players will be tasked to utilize their real-time strategy skills in combat against enemies while carrying out specific objectives in each mission.

For some missions players will have a central character leading the group, while other support units will be provided for the express purpose of helping achieve very direct objectives.

Players will bounce between playing as the Protoss, the Terran and the Zerg throughout the campaign, but majority of the focus will be on the Protoss.

The game has layers of meta-features and functions. Gamers familiar with StarCraft 2’s gameplay will likely feel right at home, working within the set parameters of each mission, even up until the very end, where specific goals will be required to be completed in order to progress.
